Changing or Cancelling an Order

For changes and cancellations of an order that you have previously authorized, please contact Customer Service by telephone or email. It is much better to use the telephone as our ordering system is automated and we make every attempt to process and ship the order as soon as possible. Return Policy

To start a return, you must request and receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) within 14 days of the original product delivery. You can make your request for a RAC with Customer Service. Select the 'CONTACT US' near the top right of the this website for Customer Service information. All items must be accompanied with a RAC and be received in new, unused condition with the original packaging to be considered eligible for a refund.



Defective Items

If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition due to a manufacturer defect, please contact Customer Service. We will arrange return shipping.




Credits to your account will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and verification that the item is in an acceptable condition. No credit will be processed for items returned without an RAC.



Return Shipping Costs

ProCare PharmacyCare covers shipping costs if the return is a result of a defective product or an error on our part. Shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility for all other returns.
